Are your boxes/cases factory sealed?
Yes, ALL our boxes and cases are Factory Sealed!
What is the difference between Hobby and Retail?
Hobby products generally have better odds for pulling inserts such as memorabilia or autograph cards. They also cost more than retail for this reason. Some products have inserts that are exclusive to Hobby boxes. Our boxes are all hobby unless we state it is a retail product. Once in a while, we do get some retail boxes in stock and they are a great value.
I didn't get the stated Game Used or Autograph odds stated on the box/case. What can I do?
Stated odds reflect an average of the entire production run; no ratio is guaranteed to exist within an actual box or case. Any issues regarding content/quality should be directed to the Card Manufacturer. Save the box/case if you can (they sometimes ask for the serial number). Ordering/Shipping Information
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship UPS Ground shipping times vary 1 to 7 days from our warehouse to your shipping location. We do ship Monday thru Friday and if we receive you order before 3:30 EST it should ship the same day in most cases.
I live in the area. Can I come pick up my order?
Yes but all VA residents will be charged 5% sales tax.

Do you ship to International locations ?
Sorry, but we do not ship to International locations.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We ship our packages with UPS and they cannot ship to PO Boxes. We can ship to a PO Box with USPS Priority Mail, but processing your order might be delayed.
Does the free shipping apply to Alaska and Hawaii?
Our Free Shipping promotion only applies to shipping within the continental U.S. You will be charged actual shipping via UPS ground.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Refunds/exchanges are not accepted. The only exception is if we make an error with the order.
